April, I just had to write to let you know what a wondeful time I had during my stay! I know before I came I would enjoy myself, but Inever imagined just how great it would be. April, my daughter Erika and I attended half-day wakeboard lessons. I wanted to let you know what a completely great experience it was and commend you and your staff (and your famly)! Even before we got anywhere near being on the water, we were having fun and made to feel very welcome and relaxed as various instructors chatter with us. The facilities were excellent and provided a very conductive and enjoyable environment for learning. The demeanor of you and your instructors was awesome and we truly felt right at home. Your direct involvement was a wonderful thing to observe - from answering the phone ehenever I called..to being right there in the thick of things on the dock and sharing your knowledge of the sport.. to your obvious passion for teaching others and seeing them succeed at their goals. A special touch was having lunch with the other skiers and your family. We were there the day you celebrated your mom's birthday and we all had cake and ice cream (Erika really liked that!). It was so nice to see your parents intimately involved with the school too and caring about ensuring everyone had a good time and felt like they were amony family. Please let them know their actions go along and positive way toward defining what your ski school offers. Bill and Erika May

I was very impressed withhow patient, attentive and courteous your staff was with all of the children. They were knowledgeable and very in tune with the kids. Dear April and Chris, I want to thank you both for a great week. Your school and facilities are fantastic. I was so impressed with how you can put together a staff that shares your same positive attitude. Your positive reinforement and keep-it-fun approach makes it enjoyable for students at all levels.
